A gentle and slow class great for beginners. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths allowing for more mindful movements.

One breath, one movement. Vinyasa is a flow of yoga postures synchronised with the breath.

90 Minutes

Tai Chi, also known as shadow boxing, consists of a sequence of traditional Chinese movements, which are remarkably smooth and flowing and are accompanied by a harmonious breathing pattern. 
Abay Markus teaches the 24-form, 42-form Wu Shu standardize Tai Chi.

180 Minutes

Use the Samyama space for your self-practice with fellow yogis.

75 Minutes

A relaxing type of yoga allowing students to release tension in the mind and in the body through passive poses held for as long as 5 minutes.

90 Minutes

Capoeira is a martial art that combines elements of fight, acrobatics, music, dance and rituals in a very elegant and magnetic way.
